To sign up as a registered user of our Services (“Registered User”) and access User Restricted Areas (as defined in the Terms of Use), you will be required to provide us with your name and email address to complete the registration process. If you contact us by phone or email, we may keep a record of your contact information (such as email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.), and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you.

B. Personal Information. Registered Users who use our Services to make an investment in our offerings will be asked to provide certain personal data, such as, but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, social security number, citizenship, bank account information, and etc.
