FarmVestor was founded in 2021 out of a passion to help both farmers and investors.
For investors, the high cost of farmland plus having a significant cash down payment makes investing in farmland unattainable for most. For farmers, their operation requires significant working capital, and those costs keep increasing.
Farmland is the most expensive asset that farmers need in their business, and the ability to partner with high-quality farmers to maintain or expand their operations while providing investors with access to the farmland asset class seemed like a perfect combination.
